Singapore Airlines seriously needs to up their cabins. While their 777-300 cabins are nicer, it's still not as good as Cathay or Jet.

I'd fly them again because of their friendly, unpretentious staff; Changi layover; and Star Alliance loyalty. I don't see why they are a five-star airline.

I guess we Indians are just spoilt.
