I'm planning on going on a road trip across Canada and we wanted to be able to have internet. I've heard of people using this MiFi device but we only wanna use it for this road trip and dont want to get a 3 year plan when we would never use it. Some people have told me about a travel router, but how exactly does a travel router work? I've tried to google it but haven't really found anything.

It releases a thousand little hamsters all over the country and determines how long it takes each one to get to your required destination. The fastest hamsters decide the route and these are all transmitted by nanoscopic Gremlins to your Travel Router device.

A travel router is a physically small version of a home router. It receives the hotel internet via Ethernet and converts it to WiFi so you can use your laptop away from the hotel desk.
